By using the MaYana app and website, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. MaYana is a digital assistant platform designed to facilitate personal health tracking.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: MaYana is not a medical device or a doctor substitute. Analyses, OCR scan results, database matches, or notifications provided within the app do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed physician for any health-related decisions.

3. User Responsibilities and Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of health data, medication doses, timings, and usage instructions entered into the application. You acknowledge that AI-powered scans (OCR) may have a margin of error and you must manually approve each scan result. MaYana cannot be held liable for any health complications arising from incorrectly entered or approved dosages.
