At MaYana, we recognize that your health data is the most sensitive information in the world. Our privacy policy rests on a simple principle: Your data belongs to you. MaYana processes and encrypts data directly on your device, ensuring your health details are never transferred to our servers.

2. Data We Collect (Waitlist Only)

MaYana is currently in early access. Email addresses and names collected via the "Waitlist" and "Contact Form" are used solely to notify you about the application launch and respond to your inquiries.

3. Marketing, Cookies & Analytics (Designed with privacy principles)

MaYana utilizes Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Pixel to measure the efficiency of our marketing campaigns. However, we strictly adhere to GDPR requirements. No analytic tracking scripts will be placed on your device unless you explicitly click "Accept" on our cookie consent banner.

4. App Data Security & On-Device AI

When our app reaches full release (2026), OCR scans, medication analysis, and notification alarms will operate entirely within your operating system (Local SQLite Database). Unless you explicitly activate cloud backups, the app won't even require an internet connection.

5. Data Ownership and Right to be Forgotten

You are the sole owner of your data. If you wish to completely remove your email address from our system, please contact us at hello@mayana.app. Upon request, all your data will be permanently destroyed from our servers within 48 hours.
